3. We compensate your nanny
We will employ your part-time nanny and handle the taxes, workers compensation and insurance. You simply pay the agency the hourly fee and will be provided our Tax ID number to take advantage of childcare tax deductions or flex spending.
4. We provide on-going support
We are here to answer questions, provide suggestions and offer a network of support for your family and your nanny. Our babysitting service can provide backup care if your nanny is out of town or sick.
