HOW our hotel child care PROCESS WORKS

01 | Make a request

Simply call or email a request to our agency with as much notice as possible prior to the time you need child care assistance. Let us know what property you are staying at and how long you anticipate needing care.

02 | Review your match

We personalize each placement through our NannyMatch System™ to ensure the best fit for your family. You will log into our confirmation system to view the name and photo of your ChildCare Specialist to get to know them better.

03 | Meet your Childcare specialist

The ChildCare Specialist will arrive promptly at your hotel room or where care is needed. Preferred ChildCare will charge your account and compensate your caregiver.

04 | RELAX AND ENJOY yourself

Rest assured knowing all of our ChildCare Specialists are experienced, trained, and thoroughly screened. We handle all the payments and payroll to make your experience seamless and simple.
